Terms & Conditions – Apex Health & Aesthetics Christmas Competition

This competition is organized by Apex Health & Aesthetics, hereafter referred to as “the Company.”

Competition Period:
The competition runs from November 30th, 2025, to December 24th, 2025.

Eligibility:

• The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or older, residing in Denmark.

• Participation does not require the purchase of any products or treatments.
   

How to Enter:

• Sign up for the Company’s newsletter via the designated registration form.

• A new daily competition opens on the website at 12:00 PM, which participants can enter.

• Each day’s competition can only be entered once per participant.
   

Prizes:

• Prizes include selected skincare products and treatments at the clinic.

• Prizes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

• Winners of cosmetic treatments must undergo a consultation to determine suitability. If deemed unsuitable, no compensation will be provided.
   

Winner Notification & Prize Collection:

• Winners will be contacted via email.

• The winner’s first name and the first letter of their surname may be published on the website.

• Winners must respond within 14 days to confirm that the prize can be collected at the clinic.

• When collecting the prize, winners may be asked to participate in photo or video content to share the festive spirit.

• If a winner cannot collect the prize within a reasonable time or does not respond, the Company reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
   

General Conditions:

• The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants suspected of cheating.

• Winners are selected by random draw.

• The Company is not responsible for technical errors, lost or invalid entries, or interruptions in access to the website.

• Personal data will be handled in accordance with the Company’s privacy policy.
   

Governing Law:

• The competition is governed by Danish law.

• Any disputes arising from the competition will be resolved by the Danish courts.
   

Privacy Policy & Cookies:

• Personal data (name, email, phone, address) is collected solely for managing the competition and sending newsletters.

• Cookies may be used to enhance the user experience on the website.

• You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time using the link at the bottom of emails.
   

As a Newsletter Subscriber:

• Purpose and Legal Basis: By signing up for the newsletter, we register and process your personal data (name, address, phone number, email, and, where applicable, information about previous purchases or interests) with your consent in accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Marketing Practices Act and Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
   

Transfer:

• Data may be transferred to IT providers who assist with system operations under data processing agreements.

 

Storage:

• We store your data until you withdraw your consent.

 

Unsubscription:

• You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the link in the newsletter or by contacting us directly.

• Upon unsubscription, personal data will be retained for up to seven days for documentation purposes.
