OPTIMIZE YOUR TRAINING, RECOVERY
AND PERFORMANCE
Knowing your physiological capabilities is crucial for optimizing training and health. VO2 max measures the body's maximum oxygen uptake and indicates aerobic capacity, while lactate tests (LT1 and LT2) show when the body begins to accumulate lactate, which is important for managing endurance and intensity during training. Body composition, especially lean mass, plays a central role in strength and performance, while grip strength is a simple indicator of overall muscle strength. Understanding these parameters allows for more targeted training and improved physical performance.
Program:
Pre-baseline consultation (30min)
We will send a questionnaire to the client, which must be completed before the baseline consultation. During this consultation, blood tests will be taken to analyze cortisol, long-term blood sugar, cholesterol, sex hormones, and suPAR levels.
Baseline consultation (120min)
During the examination, the questionnaire and blood test results will be reviewed first to get an overview of your health status. Your height, weight, BMI, and waist circumference will be measured to assess body composition. Stethoscope exams of the lungs and heart will be performed, followed by measurements of blood pressure and pulse. An ECG at rest and a stress ECG will evaluate heart function, and the Heart Recovery Rate will be measured.
Lactate testing for threshold values (LT1 and LT2) and VO2 max measurement are also performed. Lung function is examined, and grip strength is tested with a dynamometer. Finally, an ultrasound of the heart (ECHO) and neck vessels as well as the aorta is conducted to assess heart and vascular health.
After the baseline consultation, there is a coaching session with interpretation and recommendations (30-60min)
The results from the tests are reviewed, and individualized training goals, nutrition advice, and motivational counseling are provided. A report with this information is also sent to the patient’s e-Boks.
3 and 6 months follow-up
At the 3 and 6-month follow-up consultations, suPAR levels are reviewed first to assess inflammation status. Then weight, BMI, and waist circumference are measured, followed by an assessment of body composition. Blood pressure and pulse are checked to monitor cardiovascular health. A new VO2 max test with VentriJect is performed to evaluate your aerobic capacity, and grip strength is tested with a dynamometer to assess muscle strength development.
There is an option to purchase additional coaching sessions and tests or follow-ups during or after the process.
We ensure that you precisely understand your physiological capabilities, so you can manage your endurance and intensity in training. This way, your physical performance becomes more efficient and results-driven.
