BETTER HEALTH
BETTER HEALTH is our basic health check-up, performed by experienced nurses. It includes measurements of blood pressure, body composition, BMI, waist circumference, ECG, and blood tests for hemoglobin, cholesterol, and blood sugar.
What do you get with Better Health?
Height, weight, and BMI calculation: Provides an assessment of whether you are underweight, normal weight, or overweight.
Body fat percentage measurement: Checks, among other things, how much muscle mass your body has, how much fat you carry around your abdomen, and calculates your health (metabolic) age.
Blood pressure and pulse: Blood pressure is especially important for your long-term health; high blood pressure is associated with cardiovascular diseases.
Waist circumference: Excess fat around the abdomen is unhealthy.
Long-term blood sugar: Also called HbA1c, it shows how your blood sugar levels have been over the past few weeks.
