Changes and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Changes and cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled appointment.

FEE FOR NO-SHOWS AND LATE CANCELLATIONS

• For no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the booking) for nurse or cosmetic treatments: DKK 500.
   

• For no-shows or late cancellations (less than 3 business days before the booking) for dermatologist or medical treatments: DKK 1,400.
   

• For no-shows or late cancellations of dermatologist Sculptra treatments: 50% of the treatment price.
   

We will do our best to find a new appointment for you if needed. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to plan our work and provide good service.

In cases of no-shows or late cancellations where payment is not received despite reminders, we reserve the right to send the case to debt collection.
