OPTIMIZE YOUR TRAINING, RECOVERY, AND PERFORMANCE
Knowing your physiological capacity is crucial for optimizing training and health. VO2 max measures the body’s maximum oxygen uptake and indicates aerobic capacity, while lactate tests (LT1 and LT2) show when the body begins to accumulate lactate, which is important for managing endurance and training intensity. Body composition, especially lean mass, plays a central role in strength and performance, while grip strength is a simple indicator of overall muscle strength. By understanding these parameters, you can target your training more effectively and improve physical performance.

Program
Before the baseline consultation (30 min) We send a questionnaire to the client, which must be completed before the baseline consultation. During this consultation, blood samples are taken to analyze cortisol, long-term blood sugar, cholesterol, sex hormones, and suPAR levels.
Baseline consultation (120 min)
During the examination, the questionnaire and blood test results are first reviewed to get an overview of your health status. Your height, weight, BMI, and waist circumference are measured to assess body composition. Lung and heart auscultation is performed, followed by blood pressure and pulse measurement. A resting ECG and an ECG stress test evaluate heart function, and the Heart Recovery Rate is measured.
Lactate threshold tests (LT1 and LT2) and VO2 Max measurements are also performed. Lung function is assessed, and grip strength is tested with a dynamometer. Finally, an ultrasound of the heart (ECHO) and of the carotid arteries and aorta is done to assess heart and vascular health.
After the baseline consultation, there is a coaching session with interpretation and recommendations (30-60 min)
The results from the tests are reviewed, and individualized training goals, dietary advice, and motivational conversation are provided. A report with this information is also sent to the patient’s e-Boks.
3 and 6 months follow-up
At the 3- and 6-month follow-up consultations, suPAR levels are first reviewed to assess inflammation status. Then weight, BMI, and waist circumference are measured, followed by an assessment of body composition. Blood pressure and pulse are checked to monitor cardiovascular health. We also perform a new VO2 Max measurement using VentriJect to evaluate your aerobic capacity, and grip strength is tested with a dynamometer to assess muscle strength development.
Additional coaching sessions, examinations, and follow-ups can be purchased during or after the program.
We ensure that you precisely understand your physiological capacity so you can control your endurance and training intensity. This makes your physical performance more effective and results-driven.
