For no-shows or late cancellations (less than 3 business days before the booking) for dermatologist or medical treatments: DKK 1,400. For no-shows or late cancellations of dermatologist Sculptra treatments: 50% of the treatment price. We will do our best to find a new appointment for you if needed. However, last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it difficult for us to plan our work and provide good service. In cases of no-shows or late cancellations where payment is not received despite reminders, we reserve the right to send the case to debt collection.
